We start with a spatial audit to fix layout and lighting, followed by curatorial sourcing where Kyumi Design finds and vets investment-grade "gems" from trade-only showrooms and vintage dealers to fill the gaps in your space.
Investment: $1,200 Audit + Sourcing Retainer.

The Full Room Transformation
For residential and commercial environments that require a definitive visual finish. Kyumi takes ownership of the process—from floor plans and contractor oversight to the final layering of furniture and art. This is a turnkey service for those who want a fully realized, move-in-ready space.
Investment: Starting at $2,500 per room. Implementation for trades billed at 15%.
